  Perfumer Hez Binkowitz started with a deliciously specific ritual: melt an after- dinner chocolate mint into freshly brewed coffee and finish it with Irish cream. Peppermint and spearmint provide the cool snap, balanced by chocolate, milk and coconut so things never veer into toothpaste territory. Then two different coffee materials bring the roast, while rum, brown sugar, cocoa butter and bourbon vanilla make everything richer. Warm amber, myrrh, benzoin and sandalwood finish the experience. Dessert? Nightcap? Perfume? Why choose?
