With a bright burst of scarlet plum and mulled black pepper, Cadence opens with sweets and spice that has you standing at attention. Warmth joins the party shortly thereafter when cinnamon and honey walk through the door. Not to be overshadowed, but rather to be complimentary, a gang of herbal notes join in with oakwood and pipe tobacco following closely behind. With the goal of creating a spicy pipe tobacco fragrance without relying too heavily upon vanilla, Gallagher used cinnamon and amber notes to seal the deal. A party of opposites one might say, but on this night they all partied together beautifully.
Notes include plum, black pepper, cinnamon, honey, neroli, rosemary, clove, lavender, pipe tobacco, oakwood, virginian cedarwood, amber, cade, musk, patchouli, styrax, vanilla, and vetiver.
