June 2015: The Art and Olfaction Awards 2015

This collection is a rare treat: winners of the 2015 Art and Olfaction Awards. Judge and renowned perfume critic Luca Turin calls the A+O Awards “the only fluff-free fragrance contest in the world,” and he’s right. The competition is fierce (but friendly), the judging is blind, and the extraordinary winners take home a Golden Pear because they earned it.

This year’s victorious include an Italian perfumer’s ode to Indian sandalwood, a Canadian perfumer’s green chypre inspired by an unlikely plant, and an American perfumer’s beautiful warning about the consequences of deforestation. We hope you enjoy their rare talent.
