Privacy policy

Your privacy is important to us, and we strive to be perfectly clear about what we do with the information we collect when you visit www.olfactif.com (the “Site”). This privacy policy applies to all information that you might provide us through the Site.

To browse our Site, you don’t need to provide any personally identifiable information. However, if you sign up to receive our newsletter, register as an Olfactif subscriber, or order any products from us, you will be required to provide certain limited personal information so that we may process your requests. The information we collect

We don’t share your email address with any third-party marketers. Each newsletter will contain a link that enables you to unsubscribe from future newsletters.

  • Subscriptions and purchases— If you purchase a subscription or other products from us, we will ask for your email address, name, shipping and billing addresses, and valid payment information. We may also ask for additional optional information, such as your birthday, to help customize your subscriber experience, but optional information is not required. We don't share any of this information with third-party marketers. We use your telephone number to contact you only about your subscription or purchase, and only when such contact is necessary or will provide you with excellent customer service.   • Social media —We have pages on various social networking sites, such as Facebook and Twitter. While you might interact with us on those pages, the information that you provide in those interactions is governed by the policies of those sites, not of Olfactif.  
  • Site visits— We or our business partners use cookies, which are small snippets of code that sit on your computer for most sites that you visit and help to enhance your browsing experience. (For example, if you have an Olfactif account, your browser may use cookies to remember you the next time you visit the Site via the same computer and may not require you to input your username again.) You may change your browser’s settings to change the way it handles cookies from this Site or any other site. We might also collect information that is not personally identifiable to you, such as IP host address, browser type, pages viewed, and other data that we aggregate and use to better understand how visitors generally interact with the Site.   •   Referrals— If you use our Site to refer a friend, we may ask for your friend’s name and email address and send that friend a one-time invitation to the Site.

If Olfactif is acquired by or merged with another entity or requires a corporate reorganization, we may transfer and assign your information as a part of that acquisition, merger, or reorganization.

The Site contains links to other Internet sites, such as the sites of business partners and social media services. We have no responsibility for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to review the privacy policies of any sites that you visit via a link from our Site.

How to access and update your information

You may contact us anytime at customerservice@olfactif.com to update your information, including email address. If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you may do so using the link at the bottom of any newsletter.

Children's privacy

This Site is not intended for those under the age of 13, and we do not offer services to or market to anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with any personal information, we will take all reasonable efforts to delete that information from our database.
