A tuberose in the desert. The sexy swelter of an orange blossom sun, steamy, sugared citrus. A touch of breeze carries a faint green off the agave. But in the center of our picture, is all the voluptuousness of two white flowers – tuberose, our star, and ylang ylang – known for their sweet carnality, milky musks, tactile waxiness, and the smallest hint of green fruitiness, each seeming to carry the full weight of the blaring sun. A small delight of vanilla gets secured in place by the holy comfort of creamy sandalwood. The air here is rich, and warm, yet defying its thickness for a lightness enough to be oh so regal.
