The tiny Italian town of Ninfa flourished in the Middle Ages, but in 1297 it was destroyed by war. Centuries later, the town's stone ruins were rescued and turned into a secret garden that the New York Times has called "magical." Mon Jardin is perfumer Maurizio Lembo's olfactory impression of this hidden jewel, with its green slopes, mossy stone bridge, and bursts of wildflowers everywhere. We're thrilled not only with this lively springtime floral but also the generous packaging: Hidden under the 100 ml bottle is another 30 ml, a refillable travel atomizer, and a silver funnel. Notes include tangerine, bergamot, neroli, orange flower, jasmine, fig leaves, iris, musk, and sandalwood.
Bottega Profumiera was founded by Maurizio Lembo, who grew up working in his father's perfume shop.
